Leveraged Capital-Guaranteed Products

The new generation of capital-guaranteed products offered by PARADIGM is designed to achieve real returns while guaranteeing the principal during a specified term. The capital-guarantee is linked to the performance of the underlying fund of hedge funds portfolio. It is also structured with internal leverage with no additional risk to client capital. This leverage enhances returns and is designed to offset the additional cost of the guarantee. These products can be structured with holding periods from five to fifteen years.

The members of PARADIGM's Marketing and Structuring Team, collectively, have launched over 100 capital-guaranteed investment products in the American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. PARADIGM has passed the due diligence process of more than ten of the world's largest, most recognized banks and insurance companies and can offer guaranteed products by a variety of issuers rated from A to AAA.

Enhanced Returns

For clients who wish to accept higher levels of risk to achieve potentially higher returns without capital guarantees, PARADIGM offers leveraged portfolios in ratios ranging from one to four times. PARADIGM employs a master-feeder structure to offer enhanced return vehicles to its clients, using the well-diversified PARADIGM Master Fund core strategy as the underlying investment.
